A number of the remaining IAN holders have requested information about the possibility of participating in future settlement with the Russian Federation. The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation intends to take all reasonable steps to permit the remaining of outstanding ians to settle their claims before 22 december 2009. All such holders should contact the financial advisors to the government of the russian federation by friday, 18 december 2009.
