Event details JSC Alliance Bank has elected to exercise its right to allocate equity in the bank to noteholders, who failed to submit a duly completed electronic instruction by 11:00 a.m. ( london time) on 1 march 2010 (the ’option election date’), as consideration for the cancellation of their claim. On 26 march 2010, the securities issued by alb finance b.v were cancelled, although euroclear bank has not cancelled the notes in order to enable participants to instruct during the extended period. Noteholders have until 11:00 a.m. (london time) on 26 march 2013 (the ’entitlement termination date’) to submit electronic instructions and receive their entitlement.
