Event details
An open subscription rights offering (the ’rights offering’) is being effected by the company.
In accordance with the provisions of the amended and restated deposit agreements each as of 11/10/2007 between the depositary, the company and registered and beneficial holders of gdrs issued thereunder relating to each of the 144A GDRS and regulation S GDRS (the ’deposit agreements’), the company has notified the depositary that the rights offering is not extended to holders of GDRS and that because the rights are non-transferable, such rights are not able to be sold.
