Corporate action description	Event details New important information about the squeeze-out demande dated 04/06/2010. On 25/05/2010 vimpelcom ltd, the holder of 97.89 pct of the shares of the voting stock of open joint stock company ’VIMPEL-COMMUNICATION’, delivered a SQUEEZE-OUT demand including the American DR holders of OJSC VIMPELCOM ADR REPRESENTING ADRS will be entitled to receive the us dollar equivalent of rub590 per ads, less a cancellation fee of usd0.02 per ads and any other fees. the squeezeout price was determined as the market value of the ojsc vimpelcom share as of 28/02/2010 by an independent russian appraiser. The SQUEEZE-OUT demand establishes 14/07/2010 as the list date for the squeeze-out procedure. ojsc vimpelcom ads will no longer represent OJSC VIMPELCOM COMMON shares but only a right to receive a net cash payment upon cancellation. VIMPELCOM LTD is required to pay for all outstanding OJSC VIMPLECOM COMMON shares within 25 days of he list date (i.e by 8/08/2010). The books will be closed as from 09/07/2010. The DR program shall be terminated as of 1/09/2010 (termination date). More information will be provided hen known.
