A notice from the trustee is informing that there has been a further event of default due to non-payment of both principal and interest due in respect of the notes on the maturity date being 28 may 2010.

The trustee does not presently intend to take any action to enforce the security constituted by the constituting instrument and/or to declare the loan to be immediately due and repayable unless directed in writing by the holders of at least one-fifth in principal amount of the notes or by an extraordinary resolution of the noteholders.
