You can exercise the option to have your notes redeemed at anytime at 100 (not at era as previously advised).

Notice to issuer: not more than 30 calendar days and not less than 15 calendar days plus 1 business day before the put date.
Put option only become valid upon occurence of a put event as described below. as per agent confirmation, put event did not occur yet (as of 20/10/09), so conditions have not yet been met.

Expected payment date: 45 calendar days after the occurence of a put event.

Conditional put option upon occurence of a put event: if the combined holdings of the republic of kazakhstan and the Russian Federation in the statutory capital of the issuer fall below 51 pct of the issuer’s statutory capital. see pricing supplement item 21 for details.

If the condition has not been met, euroclear bank will cancel any instructions.
