A notice from the trustee is informing that an event of default has occurred under clause 12.1.1 of the loan agreement.

Pursuant to clause 6 of the trust deed, at any time following an event of default which is continuing, the trustee at its discretion may, and if so requested in writing by the holders of not less than one-quarter in principal amount of the notes then outstanding or if so directed by an extraordinary resolution shall, subject in each case to the provisions of the trust deed and to the trustee’s right to be indemnified and/or secured to its satisfaction, institute such proceedings and/or take other steps as it may think fit to enforce the rights of the noteholders and the provisions of the trust deed, the notes and the conditions.

The trustee does not intend to take any further action until it receives the requisite request or direction and indemnity/security as described above.
