This is to advise that effective 03/09/2010, jsc ogk-1 will change the dr/share ratio on its existing rule 144a and regulation s depositary receipts the ratio will change from one (1) depositary share representing fifty (50) ordinary shares to one (1) ds representing two hundred (200) ordinary shares.

This ratio change will entail a mandatory exchange of drs on a basis of one (1) new ds for every four (4) old dss surrendered consequently, effective 03/09/2010.
