We have been advised by Euroclear of a termination for the above mentioned security.

Termination date: 26/04/11
Holders have 2 options:

1. Take no action and receive the cash proceeds from the sale of the local shares after cancellation of the dr’s by the agent.

2. Surrender their gdr for local shares — please refer to event 7270091.

Notes:
The company is in the bankruptcy proceedings and the trustee has been appointed to manage the proceedings and is responsible for the company’s registrar.
There can be no assurance that the underlying shares can be delivered to adr holders who decide to cancel their adrs and elect to receive the company’s underlying shares nor that the depositary would be able to sell the shares or receive any value for the shares.
