We have been advised by euroclear on below

You can exercise the option to have your notes redeemed in whole
But not in part on 16/07/12 at era

The early redemption amount (era) is determined by the
Calculation agent after the instruction deadline and in case a
Valid instruction is received.

This is a conditional put option.
The notes can be early redeemed at the option of the noteholders
Of at least 66 2/3 pct of the aggregate principal amount
Outstanding of class b subordinated notes.

If the condition is not met, we will cancel your instruction
