Корпоративное действие INTER RAO EES ORD — buy-back offer

Please be advised that egm of inter rao ees held on 26 april 2012 approved reorganization. If you didn’t take part in the egm or voted against all or any issues from 1 to 4 you have the right to participate in the buy-back offer and sell your shares back to the issuer at price rub 0.0284 per common share.

The buy-back period lasts till 13 june 2012. The payment for the shares will be made 13 july 2012.

Please note that if all buy-back applications exceed 10 per cent of the company’s net assets, shares will be purchased on pro rata basis.

Please note that the resulted proceeds can be a subject to 20 per cent income taxation. Please bear in mind that your buy-back instructions should also include the following info:

1.should rub proceeds be converted into usd or other currency
2.banking details i.e., to which bank should ing transfer funds received from sold shares.
